Who I help

Anxiety and Emotional Wellbeing

Understanding your emotions, navigating anxiety, and learning to live with greater ease.

What it can feel like

  • Feeling overwhelmed by worries about the future.

  • Experiencing tension, restlessness, or discomfort in your body.

  • Avoiding situations or conversations that feel difficult.

  • Struggling to feel present, even when things are going well.

How we might work on it

We'll explore how anxiety shows up in your life, what it feels like in your body, and how it influences your choices and relationships.

Rather than focusing exclusively on eliminating anxiety, we'll practice developing a different relationship with it. Through mindfulness, curiosity, and practical exercises, we can explore ways to live with greater ease, even when uncomfortable feelings arise.

Therapy doesn’t promise a set outcome or timeline. We’ll check in regularly on how it’s going.

Approaches I draw on

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, somatic awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
