Who I help

Identity and Self-Exploration

Exploring who you are, what matters to you, and who you want to become.

What it can feel like

  • Feeling curious or uncertain about who you are or where you are going?

  • Struggling to reconcile different parts of your identity, family, cultural, or social expectations.

  • Questioning beliefs or expectations you've carried with you from the past.

  • Wanting to live more authentically but feeling uncertain about what that looks like.

How we might work on it

Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped your sense of self. Through curiosity and reflection, we can begin to distinguish between expectations you've inherited and what genuinely matters to you.

Therapy offers a space to get to know the different parts of yourself, approach them with compassion, and explore what it means to live more authentically.

Therapy doesn’t promise a set outcome or timeline. We’ll check in regularly on how it’s going.

Approaches I draw on
